El impacto de los micromachismos dentro del centro penitenciario de Mallorca

[spa] La presencia del machismo en la comunidad española es evidente, como, también el nivel de sensibilización que existe, por lo que uno de los factores de mantenimiento del machismo son las microviolencias llamadas micromachismos que se encuentran interiorizadas en la sociedad. El objetivo principal de este estudio es la identificación de estos micromachismos como también los tipos que existen, para poder describir el nivel de sensibilización y el conocimiento que tienen los funcionarios y las funcionarios del Centro Penitenciario de Palma de Mallorca acerca de este machismo silencioso. Aquello que se presenta es la comparación por género del nivel de identificación de las funcionarias y de los funcionarios. La muestra utilizada en el presente trabajo se ha analizado mediante una metodología cuantitativa mediante una encuesta ad hoc a los trabajadores del CP. Los resultados muestran que las mujeres tienen más nivel de identificación que los hombres del CP.

[eng] The presence of machismo in the Spanish community is evident, as is the level of awareness that exists, and one of the factors that maintain this sexism are the microviolences known as "micromachismos" that are internalized in society. The main objective of this study is to identify these "micromachismos" as well as the types that exist, to describe the level of awareness and the knowledge that male and female civil servants of the Penitentiary Centre of Palma de Mallorca have about this silent sexism. What this study presents is a comparative analysis by gender of the level of identification of male and female civil servants. The sample used in this study has been analyzed using a quantitative methodology by means of ad hoc questionnaires to the workers of the CP. The results show that women have a higher level of identification than men in the CP.
