El trastorno de estrés postraumático en mujeres supervivientes de la violencia de género

[spa] INTRODUCCIÓN: El objetivo principal de este trabajo es realizar una revisión sobre el trastorno por estrés postraumático. Los objetivos específicos son ampliar el conocimiento del trastorno por estrés postraumático, revisar los datos oficiales disponibles en el entorno nacional, estatal y autonómico y establecer las consecuencias de este trastorno para las mujeres supervivientes y la sociedad. METODOLOGÍA: Para conocer la evolución histórica de la violencia de género se consultarán tratados internacionales, documentación oficial y datos proporcionados por el Ministerio de Igualdad. Para conocer más sobre el TEPT recurriremos a fuentes de búsqueda como PsycInfo, Science Direct, PubMed, Google Académico y Dialnet. RESULTADOS: El 57% de las mujeres del mundo y el 32% en España han padecido algún tipo de violencia por parte de sus parejas, causando secuelas a corto y largo plazo, como el TEPT, que es un trastorno cuya etiología radica en un suceso traumático y que cursa con síntomas intrusivos de reexperimentación, además de evitación e hiperreactividad. También pueden aparecer síntomas disociativos, angustia, miedo, amnesia, ira, desapego o anhedonia. DISCUSIÓN: La reparación es una obligación de los Estados y un derecho de las mujeres supervivientes que debe ser integral e incluir la prevención, investigación y protección además de una intervención completa que incluya atención médica, psicológica, servicios jurídicos y sociales. Las principales herramientas que proporciona el Estado español son el teléfono 016, el ATENPRO, los dispositivos de seguimiento telemáticos, la RAI y el sistema VioGén. Los tratamientos eficaces que debemos conocer y aplicar en Psicología son las terapias con perspectiva de género, el STEP, TCC, TC, terapia de exposición y rehabilitación neuropsicológica.

[eng] INTRODUCTION: The main objective of this work is to review of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The specific objectives are to expand knowledge of post-traumatic stress disorder, review the official spanish data available in the nation, states and regions, and establish the consequences of this disorder for the female survivors and society. METHOD: To know the historical evolution of gender-based violence, international treaties, official documentation and data provided by the Spanish Ministry of Equality will be consulted. To learn more about PTSD we will use search sources such as PsycInfo, Science Direct, PubMed, Google Academic and Dialnet. RESULTS: 57% of women in the world and 32% in Spain have suffered some type of violence from their partners, causing short and long-term consequences, such as PTSD, which is a disorder whose etiology is a traumatic event and it presents with intrusive symptoms of re-experiencing, as well as avoidance and hyperreactivity. Dissociative symptoms, anxiety, fear, amnesia, anger, detachment or anhedonia may also appear. DISCUSION: Reparation is an obligation of the States and a right of women survivors. Must include prevention, investigation and protection in addition to a complete intervention that includes medical and psychological care, legal and social services. The main tools provided by the Spanish state are telephone 016, ATENPRO, telematic monitoring devices, RAI and the VioGén system. The effective treatments we must know and apply in Psychology are therapies with a gender perspective, STEP, CBT, CT, exposure therapy and neuropsychological rehabilitation.
