Comunitat, expectatives i trajectòria acadèmica de l’alumnat d’ètnia gitana dels barris de Ca na Verda i els habitatges socials de Camp Redó

[cat] L’ètnia gitana sofreix ara i en el passat un fort racisme, estigmatització i discriminació cultural que, com a resultat, afecta les seves trajectòries i expectatives acadèmiques. S’analitza la realitat dels barris amb predominança de població gitana del Camí de Ca na Verda (El Hoyo) i els habitatges socials de Camp Redó (Corea) a través d’una anàlisi fotogràfica dels espais, on s’hi detecten necessitats estructurals severes. I s’aprofundeix la relació entre els diferents agents dels dos barris, a través d’entrevistes a aquests, per a veure la manera que afecten en com ha estat fins al moment l’experiència acadèmica de l’alumnat i com es planteja en un futur per a aquest, a més de mostrar diferències entre els dos territoris. S’investiga el funcionament intrafamiliar en l’àmbit educatiu i dins del barri, mostrant com la comunitat en què s’habita té un paper fonamental a l’hora d’entendre la realitat escolar i social de la població gitana, així com també hi influeix el mateix sistema educatiu en espais en situació de vulnerabilitat.

[eng] The Roma ethnic group suffers now and in the past from strong racism, stigmatization and cultural discrimination which, as a result, affects their trajectories and academic expectations. The reality of the neighborhoods with a predominance of the Roma population in the Camí de Ca na Verda (El Hoyo) and the social housing in Camp Redó (Correa) is analyzed through a photographic analysis of the spaces, where severe structural needs are detected. And the relationship between the different agents of the two neighborhoods is deepened, through interviews with them, to see the way they affect how the students' academic experience has been so far and how it is proposed in a future for this one, in addition to showing the differences between the two territories. Intra-family functioning is investigated in the educational field and within the neighborhood, showing how the community in which one lives plays a fundamental role in understanding the school and social reality of the Roma population, as well as the education system itself influences spaces in a situation of vulnerability.
