El procés d’emancipació municipal de Lloseta (1812–1843)

[cat] L'emancipació municipal de Lloseta (1812 – 1843) fou un procés històric que es troba emmarcat en un context d'independències municipals a molts pobles d'Espanya i de Mallorca, a partir de la promulgació de la Constitució de Cadis de 1812. Un d'aquests pobles va ser Lloseta, qui com tants d'altres va haver de fer front a un llarg procés per motius diversos com: els inconvenients per part dels pobles dels quals eren sufraganis, que no es volien dividir principalment per temes econòmics, així com pels canvis de govern que s'anaren produint a l'Estat, el que feia que els pobles anessin perdent o recuperant la seva independència. S'intentarà, per tant, mostrar a través de les fonts el que va passar a un municipi concret per exemplificar així el que va tenir lloc a tot l'Estat espanyol, que s'acurça o estén en el temps, però en aquest cas arriba fins al 1843 quan Lloseta, ja amb identitat pròpia, va donar inici a la seva història com a poble independent de Binissalem.

[eng] The municipal emancipation of Lloseta (1812 – 1843) was a historical process that is framed in the context of municipal independence in many towns in Spain and Mallorca, starting with the promulgation of the Constitution of Cádiz in 1812. One of these towns was Lloseta, which, like so many others, had to face a long process for various reasons, such as the inconveniences on the part of the towns whose suffragans were, who did not want to be divided mainly on economic issues, as well as due to the changes in government that were taking place in the State, which caused the towns to lose or regain their independence. An attempt will therefore be made to show through the sources what happened in a specific municipality in order to exemplify what took place throughout the Spanish State, which is shortened or extended in time, but in this case, it reaches up to 1843, when Lloseta, already with its own identity, began its history as an independent town from Binissalem.
