[cat] El present treball d’investigació mostra la correlació entre els factors psicològics de l’intèrpret i la seua execució musical. En tant que la por escènica és un concepte que es troba constantment relacionat amb el músic i l’exposició al públic, s’ha proposat aprofundir en alguns dels motius que poden provocar aquesta reacció. La psicologia de l’intèrpret, com a factor inseparable de la quotidianitat humana, també afecta en el desenvolupament de la seua activitat habitual. El perfeccionisme i l’autoexigència són pensaments recurrents en la mentalitat de l’artista i poden influir negativament en la creació del seu art. Al llarg de la investigació, s’estudien els efectes que aquestes tendències produeixen en la part emocional del músic i es cerquen propostes d’actuació per reduir la seua implicació

[eng] This research work shows the correlation between the psychological factors of the performer and their musical performance. As stage fright is a concept that is constantly related to the musician and to public exposure, the text aspires to delve deeper into some of the reasons that can cause this reaction. The psychology of the performer, as an inseparable factor of everyday human life, also affects the development of their activity. Perfectionism and self-demanding are recurring thoughts in the artist's mentality and can have a negative influence on the creation of their art. Throughout the research, the effects that these factors produce on the emotional sphere of the musician are studied and solutions are offered to reduce their impact.
