Revisión sistemática: el impacto de la violencia sexual en la salud mental de las adolescentes

[spa] Se ha comprobado cómo la violencia sexual deriva a consecuencias negativas en el bienestar emocional y en las relaciones interpersonales de las personas afectadas, desencadenando en trastornos como la depresión, ansiedad y estrés postraumático. Para comprender este impacto, la presente revisión sistemática exploratoria, se ha basado en la selección de artículos, sin restricciones de idioma ni filtros, abarcando desde 2015 hasta 2024 mediante las bases de datos referentes a Web of Science y Scopus. Los 168 artículos investigados, se han seleccionado tras analizar el título, resumen y texto completo, anteponiendo aquellos que se centraban en el impacto de este tipo de violencia en adolescentes. Se resalta la esencialidad de las intervenciones culturalmente sensibles y su consecuente formación integral para tratar dichas situaciones. Pese a los retos potenciales existentes, como la disponibilidad de estudios y la generalización de resultados, se acentúan los programas de prevención, la investigación longitudinal y las políticas inclusivas que promueven la igualdad y el bienestar entre las jóvenes.

[eng] It has been shown that sexual violence has negative consequences on the emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships of those affected, triggering disorders such as depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress. To understand this impact, the present exploratory systematic review was based on the selection of articles, without language restrictions or filters, covering the period from 2015 to 2024 using the databases Web of Science and Scopus. The 168 articles investigated, have been selected after analyzing the title, abstract and full text, prioritizing those that focused on the impact of this type of violence in adolescents. The essentiality of culturally sensitive interventions and their consequent comprehensive training to deal with such situations is highlighted. Despite the potential challenges, such as the availability of studies and the generalization of results, prevention programs, longitudinal research and inclusive policies that promote equality and well-being among young women are emphasized.
