El mercado de trabajo turístico en España, 1960-1975

Abstract

[spa] En el siguiente trabajo de fin de grado nos enfocaremos en analizar el mercado de trabajo turístico en España durante el periodo comprendido entre 1960 y 1975. Un periodo de tiempo en el que situamos grandes acontecimientos que marcaron un antes y un después en la economía española. Se tratarán temas como el boom turístico, la imposición de un plan de Estabilización y Liberación y una crisis conocida como la crisis del Petróleo que como consecuencia traerá una ralentización del turismo. Finalmente se llevará a cabo un análisis del mercado laboral español y más concretamente estudiaremos también el caso de las Islas Baleares.

[eng] In the following thesis we will focus on analysing the tourism labour market in Spain during the period between 1960 and 1975. A period in which we place major events that marked a before and after in the Spanish economy. We will deal with topics such as the tourism boom, the imposition of a Stabilization and Liberation plan and a crisis known as the Oil crisis which consequently will bring about a slowdown in tourism. Finally, an analysis of the Spanish labour market will be carried out and, more specifically, the case of the Balearic Islands will also be studied.
