La neurorehabilitació d’infants amb TEA des de la teràpia assistida amb animals: una revisió sistemàtica

[cat] Actualment, són molts els estudis que han fet investigacions sobre les diferents intervencions dins el trastorn de l’espectre autista. Encara així algunes intervencions manquen actualment d’evidència científica suficient com per exemple, les teràpies assistides per animals (T.A.A.). L’objectiu d’aquesta d’aquest article és fer una revisió bibliogràfica de la literatura actual sobre les T.A.A. i dissenyar i implementar una proposta d’intervenció per a una sessió de teràpia assistida amb cavalls. Els resultats suggereixen que les T.A.A. tenen efectes positius i beneficiosos en usuaris amb TEA, per tant, resulten ser teràpies complementàries amb eficàcia com a intervencions.

[eng] Currently, there are many studies that have done research on the different interventions within the autism spectrum disorder. Even so, some interventions of the current panorama lack sufficient scientific evidence, such as animal assisted therapies (A.A.T.). The aim of this article is to make a literature review of the current literature on A.A.T. and to design and implement an intervention proposal for an equine-assisted therapy session. The results suggest that A.A.T. has positive and beneficial effects on users with ASD, therefore, they are effective complementary therapies as interventions.
