L'abandonament escolar al cicle formatiu de grau mitjà de gestió administrativa: Estudi i propostes de millora per l'IES Felanitx

[cat] El present treball tracta l'abandonament escolar en l'àmbit de la Formació Professional (FP). El que es pretén és conèixer quin és el seu estat actual i trobar propostes que es puguin aplicar per a pal·liar aquest problema tan present en l'educació actual. L'enfocament es farà a partir de l'experiència personal que s'ha obtingut a l'assignatura de Tècnica Comptable a l'FP de Gestió Administrativa. Algunes propostes estaran enfocades sols a aquesta assignatura i d'altres seran aplicables a totes les assignatures d'FP. La reducció de l'abandonament escolar en l’FP és clau per a evitar la destrucció del capital humà i disminuir la ineficiència del sistema educatiu.

[eng] This paper is about the school dropout in the field of Vocational Education and Training (VET). The aim is to find out what is its current state and to make proposals that can be applied to mitigate this problem that is so present in today's education. The approach will be based on the personal experience obtained in the Accounting Technique subject in the Administrative Management VET. Some proposals will be focused only on this subject while others are applicable to all VET subjects. The reduction of school dropouts in VET is key to avoid the destruction of human capital and to reduce the inefficiency of the educational system.
