Mètodes de repartiment d’escons: Una aplicació a les eleccions generals espanyoles 2023

[cat] —Al llarg del treball es presenta la teoria matemàtica dels mètodes de repartiment, presentant les definicions i propietats més rellevants. A més, s’estudien els mètodes de Hamilton, del Divisor i de la quota i es veu que tots ells presenten qualcuna mena d’inconvenient. Finalment, s’apliquen tots els mètodes estudiats als resultats de les eleccions generals espanyoles del 2023 per tal de veure la configuració final del congrés dels diputats amb els diferents mètodes de repartiment. Amb això es veu que encara que la distribució dels seients canvia entre els partits, molt probablement el president del Govern triat hagués estat el mateix amb tots els mètodes

[eng] —Throughout the paper, the mathematical theory of apportionment methods is presented, collecting the most relevant definitions and properties. In addition, the Hamilton, Divisor and Quota methods are studied and it is seen that all of them present some kind of drawback. Finally, all the methods studied are applied to the results of the 2023 Spanish general elections in order to analyse the final configuration of the Congress of Deputies according to the different apportionment methods. This shows that even if the distribution of seats changes between the parties, it is very likely that the president of the elected government would have been the same with all the methods
