Desafíos tecnológicos en la formación docente de educación primaria en Baleares

[spa] La investigación comenzó con la pregunta inicial: "¿Cuál es la oferta formativa en Competencias Digitales Docentes (CDD) en las Islas Baleares para los maestros de educación primaria?". El objetivo general del estudio consistió en analizar las distintas formaciones tecnológicas disponibles e identificar posibles áreas de mejora para fortalecer la competencia digital de los docentes de educación primaria. Para llevar a cabo este análisis, se empleó una metodología que incluyó una exhaustiva búsqueda de planes e informes de diversas entidades que ofrecen formación en tecnología educativa en Baleares. Posteriormente, se compararon estas ofertas formativas con el fin de identificar posibles vacíos en la formación y así lograr una competencia digital más completa. Entre los resultados obtenidos, se destacó que la mayoría de los cursos disponibles son de corta duración y se imparten en modalidad en línea. Finalmente, como parte de las recomendaciones del estudio, se propusieron algunas actividades basadas en el Marco de Referencia de Competencia Digital Docente (MRCDD) con el objetivo de promover el desarrollo del área seis de este marco, que ha sido identificada como una de las áreas con menor oferta formativa disponible para alcanzarla.

[eng] The research began with the initial question: "What is the training offer in digital teaching competence (CTC) in the Balearic Islands for primary education teachers?" The main objective of the study was to analyse the different technological training options available and identify possible areas for improvement in order to strengthen the digital competence of primary school teachers. In order to carry out this analysis, a methodology was used that included an exhaustive search of plans and reports from various entities that offer training in educational technology in the Balearic Islands. Subsequently, the training offers were compared in order to identify possible gaps in training to achieve complete digital competence. Among the results obtained, it was highlighted that most of the available courses are planned for a short duration and are delivered online. Finally, as part of the recommendations of the study, some activities were proposed based on the Framework of Reference for Digital Competence in Teaching (FRDGT) with the aim of promoting the development of area six of this framework, which has been identified as one of the areas with the least training available to achieve it.
