Plan de Mantenimiento de la Lonja

[spa] El Plan de mantenimiento es un instrumento fundamental para una buena gestión del patrimonio arquitectónico. Tras la restauración de la Lonja, en el año 2010, su conservación es un punto necesario para la vida del edificio. El Plan de mantenimiento comienza con un análisis y estudio histórico seguido de una investigación de restauraciones anteriores con una descripción de los materiales y técnicas empleados así como estudios llevados a cabo para poder establecer unas pautas con una metodología que elabora un diagnóstico en el cual se definen las lesiones y patologías del edificio para así proponer actuaciones e intervenciones concretas para su restauración. Todo ello bajo un protocolo de control establecido previamente que servirá para instaurar dicho mantenimiento en la gestión de la Lonja por parte de la administración competente.

[eng] The Maintenance Plan is an essential strategical instrument for the management of architectural heritage. After the restoration of the Lonja, in 2010, its conservation becomes in is a necessary point to protect the life of the building. The Maintenance Plan begins with an analysis and historical study followed by an investigation of previous restorations which include a description of the materials and techniques used, as well as the studies carried out on the current situation to establish guidelines and a methodology that prepares a diagnosis in which they are defined the injuries and pathologies of the building in order to propose specific actions and interventions for its restoration. All the above under an established control protocol that will serve to establish the mentioned maintenance in the management of the Lonja by the competent administration.
