Pop Art: Análisis de discurso y narrativas de género en ámbito expositivo

Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo analiza la presencia y representación discursiva de las mujeres en el Pop Art, centrándose en el contexto español y especialmente en las décadas 2000/2010. Se estudia la histórica desigualdad de género en estas narrativas artísticas, observando cómo las mujeres artistas del Pop Art han sido relegadas o invisibilizadas. A través del análisis del discurso crítico de los textos vinculados a las exposiciones y la revisión de la bibliografía, se destacan los recientes esfuerzos por corregir estas disparidades. De forma tangencial, se abordan algunos aspectos relativos a problemáticas patrimoniales y de difusión del arte pop.

[eng] This work analyzes the presence and discursive representation of women in Pop Art, focusing on the Spanish context and especially in the 2000/2010 decades. The historical gender inequality in these artistic narratives is studied, observing how female Pop Art artists have been relegated or made invisible. Through the analysis of the critical discourse of the texts linked to the exhibitions and the review of the bibliography, recent efforts to correct these disparities are highlighted. Tangentially, some aspects related to heritage problems and the dissemination of pop art are addressed.
