L’ús de pantalles i l’impacte en el desenvolupament del llenguatge en els infants

[cat] La utilització de les pantalles en menors d’entre 0 a 6 anys ha experimentat un augment significatiu dins la societat digitalitzada en la qual ens trobem. Aquests canvis han alterat profundament la vida quotidiana dels petits, incloent-les fins i tot dins del món educatiu actual, portant beneficis com plantejant desafiaments. L'objectiu d’aquest treball és analitzar si l’ús de pantalles en aquesta franja d’edat, pot afectar el desenvolupament del llenguatge dels infants, a través d’una metodologia de recerca bibliogràfica d’estudis i investigacions publicades en els darrers deu anys. Entre els resultats que es presenten, es demostra la importància d’evitar l’ús de pantalles en menors de dos anys i de limitar-ne l’ús a una hora diària com a màxim a partir d’aquesta edat. A més, s’afirma que fer un ús excessiu de les pantalles o la manca d’un bon acompanyament per part de l’adult quan els infants interactuen amb aquests dispositius, pot tenir efectes negatius en el desenvolupament del llenguatge dels infants, ja que limita la seva interacció amb l’entorn que l’envolta.

[eng] The use of screens in children between 0 and 6 years of age has experienced a significant increase in the digitized society in which we find ourselves. These changes have profoundly altered the daily lives of children, including even within today’s educational world, bringing benefits as they pose challenges. The aim of this work is to analyze whether the use of screens in this age group can affect the development of children’s language, through a methodology of bibliographic research of studies and research published in the last ten years. Among the results presented, the importance of avoiding the use of screens in children under two years and limiting their use to a maximum of one hour per day from that age is demonstrated. In addition, it is stated that excessive use of screens or the lack of good accompaniment by the adult when children interact with these devices can have negative effects on the development of children's language, as it limits their interaction with the environment around them.
