La importància de la neuroeducació per a un òptim procés d'aprenentatge

[cat] En aquest treball es pretén, d’antuvi, conèixer què és la neuroeducació i com funciona el cervell dels adolescents. A més, es vol connectar aquesta disciplina amb la salut mental de l’alumnat i evidenciar que la neuroeducació aporta molts avantatges a l’àmbit educatiu. Com que, malauradament, aquesta disciplina no està gaire difosa es defensa que el professorat podria ser-ne coneixedor per millorar la docència i afavorir l’esdeveniment d’un òptim procés d’aprenentatge.

[eng] The aim of this work is to find out what neuroeducation is and how the adolescent brain works. In addition, we would like to connect this discipline with the mental health of students and show that neuroeducation brings many advantages in the field of education. Since, unfortunately, this discipline is not very widespread, it is argued that teachers could learn about it in order to improve their teaching and ensure an optimal learning process.
