L’impacte de la Llei general d’educació de 1970

Abstract

[cat] El present Treball de Final de Grau pretén analitzar la producció historiogràfica sobre la Llei General d’Educació de 1970 al llarg dels últims 50 anys, per poder comprendre com ha estat estudiada des d’una perspectiva històrico-educativa. El tema principal és localitzar i analitzar les publicacions acadèmiques que tracten la LGE amb motiu del seu 50 aniversari i fer-ne una recerca exhaustiva amb autors destacats. Aquesta recerca sistemàtica es centra en la literatura acadèmica nacional que analitza la LGE de 1970, contribuint així al coneixement del seu impacte en el desenvolupament del sistema educatiu. A més a més, aquest estudi, permetrà aplicar habilitats de recerca, d’anàlisi i d’interpretació de dades per poder entendre el marc normatiu i educatiu atribuït a la llei de 1970.

[eng] This Bachelor's Thesis aims to analyze the historiographical production on the General Education Law of 1970 over the past 50 years, in order to understand how it has been studied from a historical-educational perspective. The main topic is to locate and analyze academic publications that address the General Education Law on its 50th anniversary, conducting a thorough research of notable authors. This systematic research focuses on the national academic literature that examines the 1970 General Education Law, thus contributing to the understanding of its impact on the development of the educational system. Furthermore, this study will apply research, analysis, and data interpretation skills to understand the regulatory and educational framework attributed to the 1970 law.
