dc.description.abstract [spa] Este estudio se enfoca en la exploración de los cantos en la música tradicional del norte de Marruecos, con especial énfasis en la región del Atlas Marroquí. Mediante un análisis minucioso de las melodías populares en contextos específicos, como el ámbito laboral, las festividades y las prácticas religiosas, se busca comprender cómo estos entornos influyen en las características melódicas distintivas de la región. Además de su rigor académico, este estudio fusiona una perspectiva personal, enriquecida por la experiencia del investigador con raíces familiares en la zona estudiada. Este enfoque busca hacer accesible la complejidad melódica de la música del Atlas marroquí a un público amplio, mientras que la conexión personal del investigador añade una dimensión única y enriquecedora al análisis y la interpretación de las melodías del norte de Marruecos. ENG: This study focuses on exploring the chants in the tradicional music from northern Morocco, with a special emphasis on the region of the Moroccan Atlas. Through a meticulous analysis of popular melodies in specific contexts, such as work environments, festivities, and religious practices, the aim is to understand how these surroundings influence the distinctive melodic features of the region. In addition to its academic rigor, this study merges a personal perspective, enriched by the researcher's experience with familial roots in the area under study. This approach aims to make the melodic complexity of Atlas Moroccan music accessible to a broad audience, while the researcher's personal connection adds a unique and enriching dimension to the analysis and interpretation of northern Moroccan melodies. es
