Derechos de los pasajeros por los incumplimientos contractuales del transportista

Abstract

En el presente trabajo versa, como reza el título, sobre aquellos derechos que tienen los pasajeros cuando los transportistas aéreos incumplen el contrato de transporte aéreo. Así pues, la labor que se ha llevado a cabo ha sido la de estudiar cómo están re gulados los principales supuestos de hecho que se dan durante la prestación de este tipo de servicio por parte de las aerolíneas, así como investigar la jurisprudencia aplicada a este contexto. This project is about, just as the tittle s tates , those rig hts that the passengers have when the airlines companies fail to fulfill the aerial contract they have agreed. So, the task that has been done is to study how the main situations derived from this kind of activity are regulated, but also to investigate the case - law applied to this context.
