Dolor en el paciente oncológico terminal: Terapias Psicológicas y Morfina

Abstract

[spa] En el siguiente trabajo investigaré si existe efectividad en el abordaje psicológico y social del paciente oncológico terminal para mejorar el afrontamiento al dolor. Primero examinaré el uso de la Morfina a día de hoy en el paciente oncológico, los efectos que puede causar y las alternativas farmacológicas que existen. Seguidamente, analizaré el abordaje a los pacientes que padecen un cáncer incurable y, a su vez, dolores crónicos que son difíciles de manejar. Buscaré las terapias psicológicas que se estudian a día de hoy y que ayudan a que el manejo psicológico y social de este tipo de pacientes sea óptimo. Para finalizar, daré respuesta a los objetivos planteados para llevar a cabo esta revisión y haré una reflexión sobre los aspectos que más me han llamado la atención acerca de los resultados encontrados.

[eng] At the following work I will analyze if it exists any effectiveness in the psychological and social approach of the terminal cancer patients to improve the coping with pain. First, I will review the use of Morphine nowadays in the oncologic patient, the effects that can cause and the pharmacological alternatives that exist. Following, I am analyzing the incurable cancer patients approach and, at the same time, chronic pains that are difficult to control. I will search for the psychological therapies that are studied nowadays which help to make the psychological and social management of that kind of patients optimum. Finally, I will answer the objectives that were raised to do this revision and I will reflex about the points that have called my attention about de found results.
