Turismo turístico-recreativo balear

Abstract

[spa] El presente trabajo de grado tiene el objetivo de conocer en mayor profundidad el turismo que visita la isla de Mallorca, concretamente el uso que éste hace de las playas. Para conocer dicho turismo se ha realizado una investigación cuantitativa utilizando el método de encuestas, concretamente la entrevista personal. Se ha realizado un muestreo probabilístico por ruta aleatoria con una muestra de 450 observaciones. En la obtención de los resultados fue utilizado el programa DYANE (Diseño y Análisis de Encuestas en investigación social y de mercados) Versión 4. Las encuestas fueron realizadas durante el mes de agosto de 2010 en el aeropuerto de Son Sant Joan. Los resultados mostraron que el turismo que visita la isla de Mallorca procede de países cada vez más diferentes, que la visitan tanto hombres como mujeres obteniendo una satisfacción alta en las visitas a sus playas y en las cuáles prefieren bañarse y tomar el sol. Se trata de un turismo de mediana y de familias con hijos.

[eng] This degree work has the objective to know in greater depth the tourists visiting the island of Mallorca, specifically the use it makes of the beaches. For that tourism has performed a quantitative research using the survey method, namely the personal interview. We performed a probabilistic random route sampling with a sample of 450 observations. In obtaining the results it was used DYANE program (Design and Analysis of Surveys in social and market research) Version 4. The surveys were conducted during the month of August 2010 at the airport of Son Sant Joan. The results showed that tourists visiting the island of Mallorca comes from increasingly different countries who visit men and women obtaining a high satisfaction in visits to its beaches and in which prefer swimming and sunbathing.
