Patrimonio y contabilidad nobiliaria del I Marqués de Solleric

Abstract

[spa] El trabajo aquí presentado, tiene como objetivo explicar cómo se gestionaba la contabilidad de una empresa o entidad privada comprendida entre los Siglos XV-XIX. Para vislumbrar dicho objetivo me he basado en la contabilidad del patrimonio del primer I Marques de Solleric. Me he basado en dicha fuente ya que se trata de un patrimonio el cual esta específica y extraordinariamente documentado dentro del entorno de las contabilidades de la nobleza mallorquina de la época, podemos afirmar pues que se trata de un caso muy particular por su gran cantidad y calidad de documentación, repartida entre el Archivo de Mallorca y el Archivo privado de casa Morell. Este es un trabajo de investigación más que de desarrollo, por lo tanto está centrado en la búsqueda de información realizada anteriormente por otros investigadores y la puesta en común y análisis de toda esta documentación, así pues en su mayoría, el trabajo está basado en información anteriormente realizada y publicada por historiadores expertos en esta materia. Además se han utilizado los archivos privados de Casa Morell, el Archivo de Mallorca, así como diversa documentación, entre ella artículos inéditos del historiador José Villalonga Morell. A lo largo del documento iremos viendo en primer lugar los orígenes familiares, y del patrimonio del Marqués de I Solleric, y como este patrimonio se va ampliando a través de una serie de acertadas alianzas matrimoniales y sistemas legales de la época. También podremos especificar en las características de las propiedades que conforman dicho patrimonio. Por último y como objetivo de este estudio podremos observar cómo se gestionaba y administraba dicho patrimonio, y los cambios acaecidos en los diferentes documentos contables a medida que iban pasando los años. El análisis de dicho patrimonio puede ser utilizado como punto de partida para poder saber cómo se gestionaban los patrimonios nobiliarios de la época ya que todos se realizaban de una manera muy similar. [eng] The work presented here, aims to explain how they managed the accounting for a company or private entity between the centuries XV-XIX. For glimpse that goal I have based on accounts of the heritage of the first Marquis of Solleric. I have based on this source because it is a heritage which is extremely specific and documented within the environment of the accounts of the Mallorcan nobility of the time, we affirm that this is a very particular case because of their quantity and quality of documentation, divided between the file of Mallorca and the private archive of home Morell. This is a work of research rather than for development therefore focuses on the search for information made earlier by other researchers and the pooling and analysis of all this documentation, as well as in its majority, the work is based on information previously made and published by historians experts in this field. In addition we have used the private archives of House Morell, the file of Mallorca, as well as various documents, including unpublished articles of the historian José Villalonga Morell. Throughout the document we'll see in the first place, the family origins, and heritage of the Marqués de I Solleric, and as this heritage is widening through a series of successful alliances by marriage and legal systems of the era. We can also specify in the characteristics of the properties that make up this heritage. Finally and as an objective of this study we can observe how it is managed and administered by the heritage, and the changes that have occurred in the various accounting documents to extent that went by the years. The analysis of this heritage can be used as a point of departure in order to be able to know how they managed the estates of nobility of the time, because all were conducted in a very similar way.
