Aquestes conductes passen desapercebudes tot i estar formades
seguretat i benestar.
[eng] Bullying is a hidden problem that has been happening in schools for many years and many
authors agree that it is not given the importance it should have in schools. These conducts go
unnoticed despite being formed by three agents involved; the accusers, victims and
spectators. There are numerous factors involved in these aggressive and violent behaviors.
The management of emotions, self-esteem, empathy, training are some of the factors that
come into play.
This is why we wanted to carry out a systematic review of 20 articles to analyze existing
empirical research in the field of school bullying and identify methods of prevention and
intervention applied to primary education classrooms.
Ten prevention and intervention programs have been identified, with different methodologies
and geographical contexts. Next, they have been categorized by common factors, values
education, emotion management and empathy. We wanted to give importance to the resources
and methods of prevention and intervention to provide strategies for both teachers, families
and especially children. Knowing how to face it is essential for students and teachers when it
comes to safety and well-being.
The results show that there is practically no bullying if prevention starts from the childhood
stage. Primary prevention programs are considered as action tools to prevent violence.
Prevention promotes attitudes and behaviors that favor coexistence. And, therefore, this
creates favorable climates focused on a well-being and quality school.
