La Presència del suport natural en els processos d'inclusió laboral mitjançant el model de treball amb suport (supported employment)

[cat] Els objectius generals que emmarquen aquest estudi donen a conèixer en profunditat el procés d'adaptació a l'empresa des de tres enfocaments diferents els quals afecten als principals protagonistes: <i>al treballador amb necessitats de suport (amb discapacitat significatives), al preparador laboral i al company de treball/supervisor</i>.

[eng] The general objectives that frame this investigation allow to know in depth the process of adaptation to the company from three different perspectives whose axes impact in the main characters of the study, that is: <i>the workers with support necessities (with significant disabilities), the job coaches and the co-workers/management partners</i>.
