[cat] Una autoestima positiva és un aspecte clau, ja que quan una persona es sent bé amb si mateixa, es relacionarà millor, es sentirà més bé, sabrà afrontaran els seus problemes... en definitiva, influirà sobre tots els aspectes importants de la seva vida. Fomentar l’autoestima dels infants en edats primerenques és molt important, ja que és una etapa extremadament sensible en la qual es comença a formar l’autoestima i per tant, la idònia per poder proporcionar unes bases sòlides, positives i estables les quals repercutiran tota la vida sobre l’infant. Aquest projecte innovador és un recurs important per a qualsevol mestre o família interessada en treballar l’autoestima, ja que proporciona una base teòrica amb estratègies, principis, recursos i activitats destinades a millorar l’autoestima dels més petits.

[eng] A positive self-esteem is a key aspect, because when somebody feels good about himself, he will be able to face his problems another way. In the same way, the self-esteem influences all the important aspects of his life. It is very important to promote the self-esteem of children at an early age, as this stage when the self-esteem is getting formed is an extremely sensitive moment. Therefore it is ideal to provide at this phase a solid basis, positive and stable, so it would affect optimaly the whole life of the child. This innovative project is an important resource for any teacher or family interested in working on self-esteem, because it provides a theoretical base with strategies, principles, activities and resources aimed at improving the self-esteem of children.
