Transició Educativa. Continuïtat entre el cicle d'educació infantil i primària

Abstract

[cat] L'eix temàtic d'aquest treball de fi de grau és la transició educativa, més concretament, el canvi entre el sisè curs del cicle d'educació infantil i el primer curs d'educació primària. A la primera part s'exposa una fonamentació teòrica, amb l'objectiu d'introduir el lector a la base conceptual del treball, conscienciar-lo de la importància de treballar per a una continuïtat educativa i fomentar la coordinació i la cooperació per assolir un procés progressiu i coherent. Posteriorment, el treball se centra a fer una anàlisi de la pràctica que es du a terme al CEIP Miquel Duran i Saurina en relació amb la transició educativa entre els dos cursos esmentats anteriorment. Després realitza una proposta de millora d'acord amb la realitat del centre, posant en pràctica la teoria extreta del primer apartat del treball. Finalment, es presenten una valoració i avaluació de la proposta de millora i unes reflexions finals generals per tal d'extreure conclusions de la tasca realitzada.

[eng] change between year six of infant education and year one of Primary Education. Firstly, the theory is explained with the aim to introduce the basis of this project to the reader. To make them aware of how important it is to work towards an educational continuity, to promote the coordination and cooperation to achieve a progressive and coherent process. Later, the project focuses on doing an analysis of the work done at CEIP Miquel Duran i Saurina with regards to the educational transition between the two years aforementioned. This is with the aim of writing an improvement proposal according to the reality of the school, implementing the theory extracted from the first section of this project. Finally, a review and an evaluation of the improvement proposal is presented, together with general final reflections, in order to extract conclusions of this work.
