El Método Montessori en la lectoescritura

Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo trata de analizar la metodología y filosofía del método Montessori, uno de los métodos más conocidos en el mundo de la lectoescritura del siglo XXI. En primer lugar, presento una introducción explicando el motivo por el cuál he decidido basar mi trabajo en un método caracterizado por la individualización y la libertad del niño, para que pueda ser el protagonista de su propio aprendizaje. Una vez acabada la justificación del tema elegido, me he centrado en un marco teórico, donde me he podido basar en distintas teorías, a la hora de investigar sobre el método, características, materiales, los ambientes preparados…entre otros. Por último, me he centrado en explicar la metodología de trabajo con la que he podido poner en práctica estas investigaciones y teorías enfocadas en el marco teórico, su procedimiento y evaluaciones. Para finalizar el trabajo, he evaluado los objetivos e hipótesis expuestos y he reflexionado sobre cómo, dicha metodología fomenta que el niño pueda ser el protagonista de sus aprendizajes, adaptándose de una manera espontánea al entorno que le rodea.

[eng] This dissertation tries to analyze the methodology and philosophy of the Montessori Method, one of the best known reading and writing methods of the 21st century. First, I have made an introduction explaining the reason why I decided to base my work on a method characterized by, the individualization and freedom of the each child, in order to let it be the main character of its own learning. Once finished the reasoning of the chosen topic, I have focused on a theoretical framework where I have been able to base on different theories when researching the method, such as the characteristics, the materials, and different prepared environments, among others. Finally, I have focused on explaining the working methodology by means of which I have been able to put into practice these investigations and theories; focused on the theoretical framework, its procedure and evaluations. To finish the work I have evaluated the objectives and hypotheses, and I have reflected on how this methodology encourages the child to be the protagonist of his own learning, and being spontaneously adapted to the environment that surrounds him.
