El Maltractament Infantil en l'àmbit educatiu: protocols d'actuació d'Espanya

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball de fi de màster està centrat en l’àmbit educatiu i social, ja que s’analitzen conceptes que entren dins de l’àmbit social però destinats a millorar aspectes de l’àmbit educatiu. Com a objectiu es pretén conèixer el concepte de maltractament infantil, els diferents tipus, els diversos indicadors que poden causar en els infants danys físics, emocionals o psicològics i com a principal analitzar els protocols d’actuació dels centres educatius de les diferents comunitats autònomes d’Espanya. D’aquesta manera, es pretén ajudar als infants a què no hi hagin que passar per situacions en què sofreixin qualsevol mal i aconseguir que els docents aprenguin els coneixements adequats i necessaris per poder detectar qualsevol tipus de maltractament en els infants dins de les aules.

[eng] This master’s degree project focuses on the educational and social scopes because it analyzes concepts within the social scope but also aimed at improving aspects of the educational scope. The objective of this project is intended to learn the concept of child abuse, the diferent types and the diferent indicators that can cause children’s physical, emotional or psychological damages. But the main objective is to analyze the action protocols of the educational centers in the diferent autonomous communities of Spain. In this way, it is intended to help children not to go throught situations where they suffer any harm and to ensure that teachers learn the appropriate and neccessary knowledge to detect any type of children’s abuse at the classroom.
