Les emocions de les mestres del CEIP Robines a l’hora de realitzar una entrevista individual

[cat] Les emocions es tenen molt present en el món de l’educació, però quasi sempre enfocades als infants, restant importància a les que puguin sentir les mestres. En el present treball es pretén donar visibilitat a les emocions que senten les mestres del CEIP Robines a l’hora de realitzar una entrevista individual. A través d’una metodologia qualitativa i de diferents tècniques de recollida de dades es fa un recull de totes les emocions que van sorgint per després fer un anàlisi basant-se en la teoria i objectius plantejats. A més, es recull informació sobre com es realitzen les entrevistes individuals a l’escola

[spa] Emotions are very present in the world of educations, but always focusing on children, we rest less importance that may feel the teachers. This document tries to make visible the emotions that the teachers of CEIP Robines feel when they must do an individual interview with a family. Through the realization of different data collection techniques, a collection of all the emotions that are emerging is made and then an analysis based on the theory and objectives set. Also, there is information about how the school make interviews with the families.
