Psicomotricitat i autisme. Diseny d'un pla de millora

[cat] Al següent treball es presenta el disseny d’un pla de millora que té l’objectiu de fomentar les relacions socials d’un infant diagnosticat del Trastorn de l’Espectre Autista (TEA). A aquest es proposen diferents activitats concretes, independents les unes de les altres, per dur a terme durant les sessions de psicomotricitat. Per poder idear-ho, s’ha dut a terme prèviament un treball d’investigació basat en l’observació i enregistrament de les relacions que estableix l’infant amb els diferents adults i companys que es troben durant el desenvolupament de les sessions. A més, també s’ha tingut en compte com interactua amb els materials presentats, el tipus de joc que realitza, quins moviments repeteix amb freqüència i a quin nivell de desenvolupament es troba. És a dir, el pla de millora parteix de les característiques d’un infant en concret i de les necessitats que s’han observat. És fonamental conèixer les característiques de la pràctica psicomotriu, els objectius d’aquesta i el paper del mestre durant el desenvolupament de les sessions, així com el concepte d’autisme i les característiques principals de les persones que el sofreixen. La pràctica psicomotriu juga un paper fonamental en el desenvolupament integral de l’infant. Els docents han d’aprofitar aquest moment per ajudar-lo a desenvolupar i millorar totes les capacitats

[eng] The aim of this project is to present an improvement plan with the objective of promoting social interactions of a child diagnosed with (ASD) Autism Spectrum Disorder. Various specific activities are proposed, each independent from the others, to be carried out during the psychomotricity sessions. In order to devise this project, a preliminary investigation was carried out based on observation and recording of the relations established by the child with the adults and groupmates present during de sessions. In addition, the child’s interaction with the materials, the type of game played, most repeated movements and the level of development of the child are all take into account. That is to say, this improvement plan is based on the characteristics of a specific child and the necessities observed. It is of paramount importance to know the characteristics of the psychomotor activity, its objectives and the role of teacher during the development of the sessions, as well as the concept of autism and the major characteristics of people with this disorder. Psychomotor activities play a major role in the comprehensive development of a child. Teachers should take advantage of this time in order to help in the development and improvement of all the child’s capacities.
