El cuento: escuchando y creando

Abstract

[spa] Este documento expone la importancia del cuento dentro del mundo educativo de manera global e integradora. Su objetivo es mostrar los diferentes valores a los estudiantes a través de una trama interesante y atractiva. Junto a una unidad didáctica que trabaja diferentes cuentos, algunos de estos conocidos por la gran mayoría otros más contemporáneos. El documento está dividido en tres partes donde podemos encontrar una parte más teórica para contextualizar al lector y de esta manera saber el motivo y la importancia de todas las fases recogidas en el segundo apartado, según las aportaciones de un conjunto de autores y la actitud que se espera del docente. Además, se desarrollará una propuesta didáctica donde podemos encontrar la temporalización de las sesiones, la programación y preparación de cada una de ellas y su puesta en práctica, junto a la evolución entre la primera sesión y la última. Evaluando, de esta manera, el proceso de aprendizaje que es la última parte del trabajo. Con ello pretende mostrar la importancia que tiene el cuento dentro de la educación no solo para educar en valores sino también para desarrollar la imaginación, creatividad y la autoconfianza de los niños y niñas.

[eng] This document exposes the importance of stories within the educational world in a global and integrative way. Its objective is to showcase how different values can be shown to students, while engaging them with an interesting and appealing plot. Together with a didactic unit that works with different tales, some of which may be well known by the public; however, others are more contemporary works. The following work can be divided in three parts. The first one being a theoretical background to contextualise the reader and bring to light the reasons and importance of the phases, that will be explained in the second part, according to the contributions of a group of authors and the attitude expected from the teacher. Part two, will therefore centre around the didactic proposal, where we can find the timing of the sessions, their programming and preparation, as well as their ideal implementation, and the progression between the first and the last session. Finally, the last part will focus on the evaluation of the learning process. It shows the importance of storytelling in education not only to teach values, but also to develop children's imaginations, creativity, and self-confidence.
