Els beneficis dels espais exteriors per infants amb trastorn per dèficit d'atenció i hiperactivitat

[cat] El Trastorn per Dèficit d'Atenció i Hiperactivitat (TDAH) és un dels trastorns del neurodesenvolupament més diagnosticat en els últims anys. També és freqüent trobar cada vegada més, pedagogies alternatives que creuen en un altre tipus d'educació, i en aquest cas, les escoles que contemplen l'espai exterior com a escenari educatiu. Amb aquest treball es pretén investigar quins beneficis poden tenir els espais exteriors per tractar el TDAH. La metodologia utilitzada ha estat la recerca d'articles i estudis, i arran d'aquests documents s'observen els beneficis que pot aportar aquest tipus de metodologia als infants i en especial, al tractament del TDAH d'una forma natural i més pedagògica. Finalment, es discuteixen les maneres que hi ha de traslladar aquelles propostes pròpies a escoles ordinàries per gestionar d'altres maneres el TDAH.

[eng] Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorders in recent years. It is also increasingly common to find alternative pedagogies that believe in a different type of education, and in this case, schools that contemplate the outdoors as an educational setting. The methodology used has been the research of articles and studies and from these documents we observe the benefits that this type of methodology can bring to children and especially to the treatment of ADHD in a natural and more pedagogical way. Finally, we discuss the ways in which these proposals can be transferred to regular schools to manage ADHD in other ways.
