La educación emocional en el contexto escolar. Estudio de caso de un proyecto de educación emocional y resolución de conflictos.

Abstract

[esp] El Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM) que se presenta se plantea como finalidad analizar y dar a conocer los beneficios de la implementación de prácticas de educación emocional y de resolución de conflictos en un contexto educativo singular, desde la mirada particular docente (eje clave del proceso de investigación), del alumnado y de las familias. Se pretende analizar y dar a conocer el lugar que ocupa la educación emocional en el contexto escolar. Se realiza una revisión de la literatura enfocada principalmente en tres ejes clave: la inteligencia emocional, la educación emocional y las prácticas restaurativas. Por otro lado, se explica la puesta en marcha de un proyecto y prácticas concretas de educación emocional en un contexto particular, ubicado en la zona Llucmajor. Se pretende conocer qué prácticas se ponen en marcha en este proyecto de reciente implantación, y aprender del testimonio y las prácticas llevadas a cabo por una de las docentes responsables de dicho proyecto. Mediante los testimonios de participantes en el proyecto y el análisis de los documentos de centro, se persigue el objetivo de dar a conocer este caso único, desde una metodología cualitativa que contribuye a dar voz a los participantes. Teniendo en cuenta que la educación emocional debería ocupar un lugar relevante en las instituciones educativas, por los múltiples beneficios que comporta para el desarrollo integral del alumnado, mediante esta investigación se pretende remarcar la importancia de incluirlo en el contexto educativo y dar a conocer los beneficios que aporta, tanto en el alumnado como en los docentes.

[eng] The Final Master's Project (TFM) that is presented aims to analyze and publicize the benefits of the implementation of practices of emotional education and conflict resolution in a unique educational context, from the particular teaching perspective (backbone of the research process), but also from students and families perspective. the objective is to analyze and publicize the place of emotional education in the school context. A review of the literature is carried out, mainly focused on three key points: emotional intelligence, emotional education and restorative practices. On the other hand, there is an explanation of the implementation of a project and concrete practices of emotional education in a particular context, located in Llucmajor. The aim is to find out which practices are being implemented in this recently iniciated project, and to learn from the testimony and practices carried out by one of the teachers responsible for the project. Through the testimonies of participants in the project and the analysis of the center documents, the objective is to publicize this unique case, using a qualitative methodology that contributes to giving participants a voice. Taking into account that emotional education should occupy a relevant place in educational institutions, due to the multiple benefits that it entails for the integral development of students, this research aims to highlight the importance of including it in the educational context and publicize the benefits that it contributes, both for students and teachers.
