[eng] This article explores the possibilities that conceptual and phenomenological work about the concept of «money», as well as its criticism, can offer in terms of classifying cryptocurrencies as forms of existence of money. By defining money and analyzing its different functions, this article attempts to provide a more precise demarcation of crytptocurrencies and their possible roles.
