dc.description.abstract [eng] Trachea injury is a rare but life threatening complication, especially in situations where the mediastinum has undergone interventions or is not in virgin conditions. It is essential to adjust the therapeutic strategy in both the preoperative period and during surgery. It is recommended to perform esophagectomy in highly rated reference center.
