Apropament al patrimoni immaterial en la primera infància. Els Cossiers d’Algaida com a eina de desenvolupament integral

[cat] La identitat d’un poble ve donada generalment per la cultura. Un conjunt de tradicions, idees i costums que es van transmetent de generació en generació amb el pas dels anys. Un dels trets identitaris més significatius del poble d’Algaida són els cossiers. Els cossiers són un símbol d’unió i germanor entre els habitants de la vila: les seves danses, el seu flaire, els seus colors, les seves melodies i els seus ritmes fan que el poble d’Algaida bategui amb un mateix cor. És en els primers anys de vida quan els infants es van nodrint del seu context vital i més proper per tal d’anar constituint-se com a persones i com a éssers socials. A través de la figura dels cossiers acompanyarem als infants del municipi en aquest procés, així com també es fomentarà el seu desenvolupament integral i la creació de la pròpia identitat.

[eng] The identity of a village is generally constituted by culture. A combination of traditions, ideas and costumes which are transmitted from generation to generation throughout the years. The “cossiers” are one of the main characteristics of the village of Algaida. They symbolize the union and bonding between the inhabitants of the village: their dances, scent, colours, melodies and rhythms make the village of Algaida beat with the same heart. It is in the first years of life that children are nourished from their living space in order to become individual and social beings. Through the entity of the “cossiers” we are going to accompany the children from Algaida in this process and help them to foment their comprehensive development as well as the creation of their own identity.
