dc.description.abstract [eng] The number of teaching assistants is growing in Czech education, the data showed only 5,951 teaching assistants in the school year 2011/2012. The number reached a total of 13,696 in primary schools in 2020. The teaching assistant can carry out to teaching, educational, special-pedagogical and pedagogical-psychological activities. He is a key person in the educational process, especially with students with special educational needs and disabilities. en
