La implicació de la família a la Formació Professional

[cat] Durant molts anys la Formació Professional no ha estat suficientment valorada dins un sistema educatiu que, en etapes anteriors com l’Educació Primària i l’Educació Secundària, té en compte l’alumnat, la família, el centre i el seu entorn com a agents educatius vertebradors, però que en etapes de formació superior no s’han contemplat. Per tant, no s’ha dotat dels recursos necessaris per anivellar aquest tipus d’ensenyament a d’altres etapes educatives. Des de la revalorització de la Formació Professional l’any 2013 amb la Llei Orgànica per a la Millora de la Qualitat Educativa, s’ha observat que aquet tipus d’ensenyament és un camí acadèmic per tots aquells al·lots i al·lotes que es pretenen formar en un perfil tècnic. És per aquest motiu que la participació de les famílies, entre molts altres principis educatius, ha quedat apartada, oblidant els beneficis que aquesta aporta en el procés d’aprenentatge i ensenyament i en l’orientació acadèmica i professional de l’alumnat. Per això mateix, a partir de la recerca bibliogràfica recollida en aquest treball, s’ha pogut destacar la importància de la participació de la família en aquesta etapa educativa: facilita una millor comunicació entre alumne, centre educatiu i família; incentiva la col·laboració directa amb la comunitat i l’entorn; aconsegueix un aprenentatge constant i de millor qualitat, i, en definitiva, es potencia l’acompanyament constant durant el procés educatiu de l’alumnat. Mitjançant la proposta didàctica “Involucra la família” volem demostrar que la implicació de la família és clau en la formació acadèmica de l’alumnat de Formació Professional. Es tracta d’una seqüenciació d’activitats per al mòdul professional Empresa i Iniciativa Emprenedora en què l’alumnat ha de crear un pla d’empresa amb el suport continu d’una persona de la seva família o del seu entorn social proper.

[eng] For many years, Vocational Training has not been sufficiently valued within an educational system that, in previous stages such as Primary Education and Secondary Education, considers the students, the family, the centre and their environment as major educational agents, but which have not been considered in stages of higher education. Therefore, it has not been provided with the necessary resources to level this type of teaching at other educational stages. Since the revaluation of Vocational Training in 2013 with the Llei Orgànica per a la millora de la Qualitat Educativa, it has been observed that this type of education is an academic path for all those who intend to train in a technical Profile. It is for this reason that the participation of families, among many other educational principles, has been left aside, forgetting the benefits it brings in the learning and teaching process and in the academic and professional guidance of students. In addition, with the bibliographic research collected in this work, it has been possible to highlight the importance of the family’s participation in this educational stage: it facilitates better communication between the student, educational centre and family, encourages a direct collaboration with the community and the environment, achieves constant and better learning quality and enhances the constant support during the educational process of the students. Through the didactic project “Involucra la família” we want to show that the involvement of the family is key in the academic learning of Vocational Training students. This is a sequence of activities for the professional module Empresa i Iniciativa Emprenedora in which students must create a business plan with the continuous support of a person from their family or their immediate social environment.
