Sedentarisme i obesitat a l’escola primària: una situació d'aprenentatge saludable des de l’educació física

Abstract

[cat] El present Treball de Fi de Grau se centra en la realització d’una proposta d’intervenció didàctica referent a l’àrea d’Educació Física, amb la finalitat de mostrar als infants el concepte de sedentarisme i d’obesitat fent consciència del perill de tenir una vida sedentària i oferint activitats variades per promoure l’activitat física. En aquest treball estudiaré la relació que hi ha entre el sedentarisme, l’obesitat i l’alimentació a partir d’una revisió de la literatura científica. A més, dissenyaré una situació d’aprenentatge que oferirà nombroses possibilitats als infants per a acomplir activitats físiques tant a les sessions pròpies d’educació física com a la seva estona lliure. L’objectiu de la proposta és anar més enllà de l’escola, oferint alternatives a la vida sedentària que tenen els infants en el seu temps d’oci. Per aquest motiu, aquesta intervenció pretén fomentar la importància de l’activitat física, l’alimentació equilibrada, el companyerisme… però també busca ampliar les relacions socials, crear noves activitats en família i millorar així, la condició física i el benestar emocional de la nostra societat. La situació d’aprenentatge en qüestió cerca conscienciar i promoure la importància de l’activitat física en el dia a dia de la nostra societat. Cal destacar la importància d’infondre aquesta idea des de ben petits, perquè la creació d’un hàbit saludable en edat adulta resulta més complicat.

[eng] The present Final Degree Project focuses on the realization of a didactic intervention proposal referring to the area of Physical Education, in order to show children the concept of sedentary lifestyle and obesity, raising awareness of the danger of having a sedentary life and offering varied activities to promote physical activity. In this work I will study the relationship between sedentary lifestyle, obesity and food based on a review of scientific literature. In addition, I will design a learning situation that will offer many possibilities to children to accomplish physical activities both in their own physical education sessions and in their free time. The aim of the proposal is to go beyond school, offering alternatives to the sedentary life that children have in their leisure time. For this reason, this intervention aims to promote the importance of physical activity, balanced eating, companionship... but it also seeks to expand social relationships, create new family activities and thus improve the physical condition and emotional well-being of our society. The learning situation in question seeks to raise awareness and promote the importance of physical activity in our society’s daily lives. It is important to inform this idea from a young age, because the creation of a healthy habit in adulthood is more complicated.
