Abstract

[spa] En aquest Treball de Fi de Grau, es dur a terme una revisió sobre la importància del temps en l'educació. A partir de la revisió de la literatura hem pogut aprofundir en les teories i enfocaments de diferents autors que parlen sobre l'educació lenta, així com en els beneficis que aquesta aporta. A través d'entrevistes i observació participativa, s'examina detingudament la pràctica educativa existent en Es Pi Gros, un centre de primer cicle d'educació infantil, situat al municipi de Santa Maria del Camí. A més, s'identifiquen els aspectes més significatius, centrant-se en la transformació de l'espai exterior del centre en un recurs educatiu. També, s'hi destaca la importància de valorar els moments quotidians i la necessitat d'una mirada atenta i respectuosa per part dels adults cap a la primera infància, a fi de generar un impacte significatiu tant en els aprenentatges dels infants com en l’experiència dels docents que treballen en el centre.

[eng] In this Final Year Project Dissertation, a review conducted on the importance of the child's own pace in education. Based on the review of the literature, we have been able to delve deeper into the theories and approaches of different authors who talk about slow education, as well as the benefits it brings. Through interviews and participatory observation, the existing educational practice in Es Pi Gros, a school for early childhood education, located in the municipality of Santa Maria del Camí, is carefully examined. In addition, the most significant aspects are identified, focusing on the transformation of the center's outdoor space into an educational resource. It also highlights the importance of valuing daily moments and the need for adults to look attentively and respectfully towards early childhood, in order to generate a significant impact both on children's learning and on experience of the teachers who work in the school.
