Re-naturalitzant el CEIP Mestre Colom: un retorn a l'entorn natural

Abstract

[cat] La pedagogia verda promou una educació respectuosa amb les emocions, interessos i necessitats dels infants, esquivant pràctiques restrictives, oposant-se als models tant autoritaris com permissius. Aquesta manera de pensar, defensa la importància de la connexió amb la natura per a un ple desenvolupament físic, emocional i cognitiu. En un món cada vegada més urbanitzat i tecnològicament dirigit, la re-naturalització del CEIP Mestre Colom transforma els espais escolars de l’aula, pati i hort amb jardins verticals, hotels d’insectes, jardins de papallones i sortides al bosc entre d’altres, millorant el benestar físic i socioemocional dels infants. Aquesta proposta d’intervenció inclou la natura en l’educació amb l’objectiu de formar infants competents en l’àmbit socioemocional i responsables amb la natura i tot el que l’envolta.

[eng] Green pedagogy promotes an education that respects children's emotions, interests and needs, avoiding restrictive practices and opposing both authoritarian and permissive models. This way of thinking defends the importance of the connection with nature for all physical, emotional and cognitive development. In an increasingly urbanized and technologically driven world, the re-naturalization of CEIP Mestre Colom transforms the school spaces of the classroom, playground and orchard with vertical gardens, insect hotels, butterfly gardens and forest outings among others, improving the physical and socio-emotional well-being of the children. This intervention proposal includes nature in education with the aim of forming children who are competent in the socio-emotional area and responsible with nature and all those around them.
