Anàlisi i millora dels espais d’aprenentatge a l’etapa d’educació infantil al CEIP Buscastell.

Abstract

[eng] The present qualitative research study analyzes and proposes improvements in the educational practice of the learning spaces in the early childhood education stage at the public school of Buscastell, located on the island of Ibiza. In order to carry it out, this analysis has been conducted based on an action research methodology, where the phases of a systemic action plan are considered with the idea of observing, investigating, analyzing, evaluating and improving the educational task, repeating the cycle twice to achieve changes of higher educational quality. Specifically, the analysis has been carried out based on the ECERS-R quality scale, children's play during free circulation in learning spaces, and the competencies outlined in the early childhood education curriculum. For data collection, record sheets and self-assessment grids have been used, and additionally, a semi-structured interview has been conducted with the teaching staff. After this data collection and thanks to the information extracted from it, a total of six improvement proposals have been presented, three in the first round of the cycle and three in the second. Finally, it is worth mentioning that this is a research study that aims to be the beginning of change in the educational center under study; and it outlines future lines on how this should be followed up.

[cat] El present estudi d’investigació qualitativa analitza i proposa canvis de millora en la pràctica educativa dels espais d’aprenentatge de l’etapa d’educació infantil a l’escola pública de Buscastell, situada a l’illa d’Eivissa. Per a poder dur-ho a terme, aquesta anàlisi s’ha realitzat a partir d’una metodologia d’investigació-acció, allà on es contemplen les fases pròpies d’un pla d’acció sistèmic amb la idea d’observar, investigar, analitzar, avaluar i millorar la tasca educativa, repetint el cicle dues vegades per a arribar a assolir canvis de major qualitat educativa. Concretament, l’anàlisi s’ha dut a terme basant-se en l’escala de qualitat ECERS-R, el joc dels infants durant la lliure circulació als espais d’aprenentatge i les competències marcades al currículum d’educació infantil. Per a la recollida d’informació s’han utilitzat fulls de registre, graelles d’autoavaluació i, a més, s’ha realitzat una entrevista semiestructurada a l’equip docent. Després d’aquesta recollida i gràcies a la informació extreta en aquesta, s’han pogut exposar un total de sis propostes de millora, tres a la primera volta del cicle i tres a la segona. Finalment, cal esmentar que es tracta d’una investigació que pretén ser l’inici del canvi al centre educatiu en estudi; i que deixa per escrit a les línies de futur com hauria de ser el seguiment d’aquest.
