Les competències professionals dels Equips d’Atenció Primerenca. Un estudi de cas a l’EAP Llevant

[cat] En el context espanyol, l’Atenció Primerenca és un concepte que ha sofert grans canvis en les darreres dècades a causa del sorgiment de noves lleis educatives i nous enfocaments teòrics, que han donat pas a un canvi de mirada cap a la infància. Concretament, el model d’intervenció dels Equips d’Atenció Primerenca, que treballen en els centres de primer cicle d’educació infantil, ha passat de centrar-se en el dèficit a enfocar-se en la persona. A la vegada que es fonamenta en el paper essencial de l’entorn familiar en tot el procés de desenvolupament dels infants i en la importància del treball en xarxa amb la resta de sectors implicats en la primera infància. D’aquesta manera, el present treball té com a objectiu realitzar una recerca sistemàtica de la literatura, a través de la qual poder identificar les competències professionals que han de tenir els membres dels Equips d’Atenció Primerenca per poder dur a terme les seves funcions adequadament. A més, amb la finalitat d’aprofundir en el tema i abordar-lo des d’un context proper, també es durà a terme un disseny d’investigació de metodologia qualitativa centrat en l’Equip d’Atenció Primerenca Llevant, que intervé en els centres de primer cicle d’educació infantil del municipi de Manacor. Aquesta investigació permetria conèixer la realitat professional dels membres de l’EAP Llevant, dels docents amb qui treballen i de les famílies implicades. I, en el cas que fos necessari, oferiria la possibilitat de fer propostes de millora per al seu treball.

[eng] In the Spanish context, Early Childhood Intervention is a concept that has seen great changes in recent decades due to the emergence of new educational laws and new theoretical approaches, which have led to a change of perspective on childhood. Specifically, the intervention model of the Early Care Teams, which work in early childhood education centers, has gone from focusing on the deficit to focusing on the person. In addition, it emphasizes the essential role of the family environment in the entire development process of infants and on the importance of working together with the rest of the branches involved in early childhood. In this regard, the objective of this work is to carry out a systemic investigation of the literature, through which to identify the professional competencies that members of the primary care team must have in order to perform the following functions adequately. Furthermore, with the goal of deepen into the topic and addressing it from one's own context, it is also difficult to complete a research design of qualitative methodology focused on the Early Care Team of Llevant, who participated in the first cycle of early childhood education centers in the municipality of Manacor. This research will allow us to know the professional reality of the members of the EAP Levante, the teachers with whom they work and the families involved. And, if necessary, I would offer the possibility of making improvement proposals for his work.
