L'acompanyament respectuós en les aules d'Educació Infantil 0-3 anys

[cat] Al llarg d’aquest treball es contempla la definició del terme violència subtil, els diferents moments del dia on es poden trobar durant la jornada escolar i l’anàlisi del que diuen els autors sobre aquest concepte, l’acompanyament respectuós, i aquell comportament que pot ser contrari, fomentant un model inadequat pel desenvolupament i aprenentatge de l’infant. Per altra banda, trobarem exemples que s’han recollit a través d’observacions sobre l’acompanyament als infants de 1-3 anys a un centre d’educació infantil. A més, es donen estratègies per afavorir un acompanyament respectuós i ser millors docents cada dia, sense caure en aquestes petites violències i fer que els infants se sentin segurs, respectats i estimats.

[eng] Throughout this work, we explore the definition of the term subtle violence, the different moments of the day where it can be found during the school day, and the analysis of what the authors say about this concept and its opposite concept, such as respectful accompaniment. On the other hand, we will find examples that have been collected through observations on accompanying children aged 1-3 years to a childcare center. Additionally, strategies are provided to promote respectful accompaniment and to be better teachers every day, without falling into these small acts of violence and ensuring that children feel safe, respected, and loved.
