La petita comunitat: el treball per ambients i per projectes

[cat] Avui en dia ens trobem en un sistema educatiu en constant canvi on predomina la innovació educativa. Dins aquesta innovació, hem pogut observar com en els darrers anys ha tornat a ressorgir el treball per petita comunitat, però des d’una perspectiva diferent degut a les investigacions i pràctiques que s’han portat a terme amb posterioritat. En primer lloc, analitzarem el treball per grups heterogenis a les aules per si sol, i també junt amb dues metodologies com són el treball per ambients i per projectes. En segon lloc, la investigació compta amb entrevistes a diferents tutors d’aules amb la finalitat d’obtenir diferents visions reals de la pràctica quotidiana. Aquesta recerca ens permetrà conèixer les mancances que ens podem trobar amb aquesta forma d’organització, i també saber si realment existeix la inclusió. Els resultats obtinguts ens indiquen que la petita comunitat no funciona com a tal, que per això ha d’anar acompanyada d’una metodologia concreta com la dels ambients, que es considera la més encertada, encara que hi ha molts factors que influeixen perquè aquesta funcioni. Per altra banda, la inclusió es durà a terme sempre i quan es pugui arribar a tot l’alumat, encara que hem pogut observar que existeixen moltes mancances. Per això, és necessari continuar amb la pràctica per tal de seguir obtenint més informació i millorar la manera de treballar.

[eng] Today we are in an educational system in constant change where educational innovation predominates. Within this innovation, we have been able to observe how in recent years the work by small community has re-emerged, but from a different perspective due to the research and practices that have been carried out subsequently. First of all, we will analyze the work by heterogeneous groups in the classrooms alone, and also together with two methodologies such as the work by environments and by projects. Secondly, the research includes interviews with different classroom tutors in order to obtain different real views of everyday practice. This research will allow us to know the shortcomings that we can find with this form of organization, and also to know if inclusion really exists. The results obtained show us that the small community does not work as such, that for this reason it must be accompanied by a specific methodology such as that of environments, which is considered the most correct, although there are many factors that influence why this work On the other hand, inclusion will be carried out as long as and when it is possible to reach all members, although we have been able to observe that there are many shortcomings. For this reason, it is necessary to continue with the practice in order to keep obtaining more information and improve the way of working.
